STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI LITERASI DIGITAL GURU SMK NEGERI DI BANDA ACEH BIDANG MULTIMEDIA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh bidang multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka penerapan strategi kompetensi literasi digital guru SMK khususnya bidang multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatti dimana instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 5 Telkom bidang multimedia. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan strategi pengembangan kompetensi literasi digital bagi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam beberapa aspek, satu aspek literasi informasi dan data yaitu workshop literasi digital dan analisis data sehingga guru dapat membuat laporan berdasarkan studi kasus dalam pembelajaran multimedia. Kedua, aspek komunikasi dan kolaborasi yaitu pelatihan penggunaan platform kolaborasi digital sehingga guru dapat membuat rencana pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan guru lain dengan menggunakan platform digital. Selanjutnya, aspek  pembuatan konten digital dengan workshop pembuatan konten multimedia sehingga guru dapat membuat modul pembelajaran berbasis multimedia seperti video pendek, infografis, atau animasi sederhana. Selanjutnya, aspek keamanan digital yaitu pelatihan keamanan digital untuk pendidikan sehingga guru dapat menyusun panduan keamanan digital untuk siswa. Aspek terakhir yaitu pemecahan masalah teknis yaitu problem based training dalam pengajaran digital sehingga guru menyelesaikan simulasi masalah dan mendokumentasikan solusi yang diambil.

Abstract

 

This research was conducted at State Vocational High School (SMK) 5 Telkom Banda Aceh in the field of multimedia. The purpose of this study is to implement the digital literacy competency strategy of SMK teachers, especially in the field of multimedia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the instruments used are interviews and observation. The subjects of this study were SMK Negeri 5 Telkom teachers in the field of multimedia. The data obtained from the research results were then analyzed using qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, a digital literacy competency development strategy was obtained for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in several aspects, one aspect of information and data literacy is a digital literacy workshop and data analysis so that teachers can make reports based on case studies in multimedia learning. Second, the aspect of communication and collaboration is training in the use of digital collaboration platforms so that teachers can make collaborative learning plans with other teachers using digital platforms. Furthermore, the aspect of digital content creation with a multimedia content creation workshop so that teachers can create multimedia-based learning modules such as short videos, infographics, or simple animations. Furthermore, the aspect of digital security is digital security training for education so that teachers can compile digital security guidelines for students. The last aspect is technical problem solving, namely problem-based training in digital teaching so that teachers complete problem simulations and document the solutions taken.
