Mild anemia during the third trimester of pregnancy is a biological manifestation of decreased hemoglobin levels that can negatively jeopardize maternal safety and neonatal outcomes. A potential alternative complementary local food therapy is the administration of fresh beetroot (*Beta vulgaris*) juice. Objectives: This scientific case study aims to execute and evaluate comprehensive Continuity of Care (CoC) midwifery care for a pregnant woman experiencing mild anemia through regular beetroot juice interventions at the Jaya Baru Public Health Center, Banda Aceh. Methods: The study applied a comprehensive case study model with a holistic midwifery care management approach. The case study subject was a third-trimester pregnant woman diagnosed with mild anemia (initial Hb level < 11 g/dL). The key intervention introduced was the regular consumption of fresh beetroot juice at measured dosages during the antenatal care period, combined with compliance monitoring of iron tablet consumption. Results: Following the implementation of extensive, continuous midwifery care and regular beetroot juice intake, a significant increase in the mother's hemoglobin level toward the reference range was accomplished. Subjective clinical complaints such as physical fatigue, dizziness, and conjunctival pallor gradually improved, and both pregnancy and labor proceeded smoothly without pathological disorders. Conclusion: Continuous midwifery care (CoC) combined with dietary beetroot juice intervention is highly effective in upgrading hemoglobin levels and structural clinical health status in pregnant women with mild anemia.
