PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA ULAR TANGGA MATEMATIKATERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN SISWA KELAS II SD NEGERI NEUSOK TEUBALUI ACEH BESAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media ular tangga matematika terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan siswa kelas II SD Negeri Neusok Teubalui. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen dan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa kelas II yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Chi-Square (χ²) dan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 43,3 pada pretest menjadi 76,6 pada posttest. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung (2,548) lebih besar daripada t-tabel (1,714), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media ular tangga matematika berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan siswa kelas II SD Negeri Neusok Teubalui.
