ESENSI PERENCANAAN BISNIS YANG MEMADAI BAGI USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM)

Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun, UMKM sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keahlian manajerial, serta persaingan yang semakin ketat di era globalisasi. Kondisi ini menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memiliki strategi perencanaan bisnis yang efektif agar mampu bertahan dan berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan bisnis yang tepat dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan UMKM di era globalisasi serta mengkaji pengaruh perencanaan bisnis terhadap keberlanjutan usaha jangka panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui wawancara dan pengumpulan data terkait praktik perencanaan bisnis pada UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan bisnis yang komprehensif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pemanfaatan teknologi digital, inovasi, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas peluang pasar. Selain itu, perencanaan yang matang sebelum memulai maupun mengembangkan usaha dapat membantu pelaku UMKM mengantisipasi risiko dan mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat. Dengan demikian, strategi perencanaan bisnis yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan UMKM di tengah dinamika globalisasi.
