ADOPSI QRIS PADA UMKM: PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL DAN KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN
Abstrak
Adopsi sistem pembayaran digital berbasis QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) terus meningkat di kalangan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), namun masih terdapat kesenjangan signifikan dalam tingkat adopsi, khususnya di daerah non metropolitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap keputusan menggunakan QRIS pada UMKM Kecamatan Kuta Alam, Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 89 responden pelaku UMKM yang dipilih. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan QRIS (β = 0,312; t = 3,87; p < 0,001), demikian pula kemudahan penggunaan (β = 0,418; t = 5,24; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 61,3% variasi keputusan adopsi QRIS (R² = 0,613; F = 76,43; p < 0,001). Kemudahan penggunaan terbukti memiliki pengaruh dominan, mengindikasikan bahwa simplifikasi antarmuka dan proses transaksi merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendorong adopsi QRIS di kalangan UMKM.
