ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE GENERATIF PADA PROSES BELAJAR MAHASISWA INFORMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING – PARTIAL LEAST SQUARES
Abstract
Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) generatif telah memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, terutama melalui penggunaan ChatGPT dan Gemini sebagai alat bantu akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Pemanfaatan AI Generatif dan Efektivitas AI Generatif terhadap Proses Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Informatika Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan purposive sampling. Populasi berjumlah 232 mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2022-2025 dan sampel akhir terdiri atas 71 responden yang pernah menggunakan ChatGPT atau Gemini dalam proses belajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Likert lima tingkat berisi 27 pernyataan dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPLS. Model pengukuran bersifat reflektif. Hasil menunjukkan outer loading 0,705-0,923, seluruh AVE >0,50, dan HTMT <0,90. Nilai R-Square 0,769 menunjukkan kedua konstruk independen menjelaskan 76,9% variasi Proses Belajar Mahasiswa. Pemanfaatan AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (beta=0,358; T=2,775; p=0,006), demikian pula Efektivitas AI (beta=0,554; T=4,805; p<0,001). Efektivitas AI menunjukkan hubungan struktural yang relatif lebih kuat, sedangkan secara deskriptif kemandirian akademik memiliki rata-rata tertinggi pada Proses Belajar Mahasiswa.
