PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BAGI GURU SMK BIDANG MULTIMEDIA
Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Telkom, Banda Aceh. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengguanaan Learning Management System dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Dari hasil observasi menunjukan bahwa umunya guru belum sepenuhnya sistem manajemen pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan tentang penerapan sistem manajemen pembelajaran khususnya google classroom menunjukan hasil yang sangat baik dalam penggunaan sistem manajemen pembelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih efektif dan fleksibel yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai mata pelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan motivasi dan minat para guru dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen pembelajaran google classroom dalam pelatihan.

Abstract
This community service program was conducted at Telkom State Vocational High School 5 in Banda Aceh. The program aimed to provide training on the use of Learning Management Systems in school teaching. Observations indicated that teachers generally did not fully utilize Learning Management Systems in their teaching and learning processes. Following the training, participants demonstrated excellent results in the implementation of Learning Management Systems, specifically Google Classroom. This resulted in a more effective and flexible learning process, enabling it to be used in various subjects to increase student engagement. This was demonstrated by the teachers' motivation and interest in implementing the Google Classroom Learning Management System (LMS) during the training.
