SOSIALISASI TEKNIS PENGISIAN APLIKASI SISTER BAGI DOSEN DAN CIVITAS AKADEMIKA UNIVERSITAS UBUDIYAH INDONESIA

Abstrak

Program SISTER oleh Ristekdikti diluncurkan pada tahun 2017 untuk pengintegrasian data dosen agar data dapat terkelola dengan baik. Untuk itulah Kemenristekdikti melalui Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Iptek dan Dikti meluncurkan pada tahun 2017 yaitu program dalam manajemen data dosen yang dinamakan dengan SISTER, sebagai upaya untuk mengelola data dosen. Aplikasi SISTER ini mngentegrasikan seluruh layanan karir dan komptensi SDM di Ristekdikti sehingga memungkinkan para stakeholder menerima kepastian dalam pelayanan karir mereka. SISTER menggunakan basis data portofolio dengan satu basis untuk semua keperluan yang memuat kinerja Tri Dharma Dosen. Mengatasi permasalahan yang sering terjadi seperti tercecernya data-data formal terkait aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut dan sulit ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Melalui SISTER, setiap dosen dapat membangun portofolio yang mengkompilasikan seluruh aktivitas tridarma yang pernah dilakukannya. SISTER juga, portofolio tersebut dipakai untuk proses-proses pengembangan karir dosen. Data yang ada di portofolio dapat diklaim dalam proses penilaian angka kredit, sertifikasi dosen dan proses lainnya.  Integrasi antara SISTER dengan Pangkalan Data Dikti akan mengurangi beban dosen dalam pengisian portofolio. Semua aktivitas pengajaran tidak perlu diisikan ulang di SISTER. Data yang diisikan oleh dosen ke dalam SISTER dapat divalidasi oleh kepegawaian PT, pimpinan PT, pimpinan Kopertis, dan Kemenristekdikti. Aplikasi SISTER juga menjadi media untuk pendokumentasian aktivitas tridarma dan peningkatan karir dosen dapat berjalan lebih mudah, lebih efisien dan lebih memberikan kepastian informasi dengan menggunakan SISTER. Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat akan melakukan Sosialisasi mengenai aplikasi SISTER terhadap Dosen dan Civitas Akademik di Lingkungan  Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia.

The SISTER program by Ristekdikti was launched in 2017 to integrate lecturer data so that data can be managed properly. For this reason, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education through the Directorate General of Science and Technology Resources and Higher Education launched in 2017 a program in lecturer data management called SISTER, as an effort to manage lecturer data. This SISTER application integrates all career services and HR competencies at Ristekdikti so as to enable stakeholders to receive certainty in their career services. SISTER uses a portfolio database with one basis for all purposes that includes the performance of Tri Dharma Lecturers. Overcoming problems that often occur such as scattered formal data related to these activities and are difficult to find when needed. Through SISTER, each lecturer can build a portfolio that compiles all the tridharma activities he has done. SISTER also, the portfolio is used for lecturer career development processes. The data in the portfolio can be claimed in the credit score assessment process, lecturer certification and other processes. The integration between SISTER and the Higher Education Database will reduce the burden on lecturers in filling out portfolios. All teaching activities do not need to be refilled in SISTER. The data entered by lecturers into SISTER can be validated by PT employees, PT leaders, Kopertis leaders, and the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The SISTER application is also a medium for documenting tridharma activities and improving lecturers' careers can run easier, more efficiently and provide more certainty of information by using SISTER. For this reason, the community service team will conduct socialization regarding the SISTER application to Lecturers and the Academic Community at the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia.
