PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM ADMINISTRASI DESA (SIMDESA) DI GAMPONG KLIENG MEURIA ACEH BESAR DENGAN TEMA : MENUJU DESA DIGITAL

Abstract

Dunia digital saat ini begitu sangat berkembang sampai ke berbagai lini ke hidupan. Apalagi dalam urusan adminstrasi pada pemerintahan. Administrasi dan kemudahan birokrasi pemerintahan harus di topang dengan teknologi untuk memudahkan proses pemerintahan yang tertata sehingga masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan pemerintahan menjadi nyaman. Oleh karena itu pemerintahan baik tingkat tertinggi sampai dibawah harus bertransformasi dengan menggunakan teknologi dalam sistem pemerintahannya. Di desa Kleing Meuria kini merupakan desa binaan Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia melalui kerjasama untuk peningkatan kualitas pemerintahan desan dan warganya. Penulis adalah salah satu agen yang membangun desa klieng mueria dari sisi penerapan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, beberapa kekurangan seperti kurangnya penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pemerintahan desa menjadi fokus utama penulis untuk berkontribusi dengan membuatkan sebuah sistem SIMDESA (Sistem Administrasi Desa). Sistem ini mampu mengakomodir administrasi desa seperti pendataan warga, pencatatan kelahiran dan kematian, pindah masuk warga dan fitur pendukung lain seperti surat menyurat. Namun, penulis tentunya tidak serta merta memberikan langsung tanpa adanya pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, tetapi kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah melatih seluruh aparatur desa dan warganya bagaimana penggunaan secara umum sistem SIMDESA ini. Hasil dari pengabmas ini aparatur dan warga desa dapat menggunakan dengan benar sistem yang telah terinstall dan mampu menerapkan pada kasus sebenarnya.

The digital world is currently so highly developed to various lines of life. Especially in matters of administration in government. Administration and ease of government bureaucracy must be supported by technology to facilitate an orderly government process so that people as users of government services become comfortable. Therefore, both the highest and the lowest levels of government must transform by using technology in their government system. In the village of Kleing Meuria, it is now a fostered village of the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia through collaboration to improve the quality of village government and its citizens. The author is one of the agents who built the village of Client Mueria in terms of the application of technology. Therefore, several shortcomings such as the lack of use of technology in the village government process became the main focus of the author to contribute by developing a SIMDESA system (Village Administration System). This system is able to accommodate village administration such as citizen data collection, birth and death registration, residents moving in and other supporting features such as correspondence. However, the author certainly does not provide direct assistance without assistance in using the application, but this community service activity is to train all village officials and residents how to use the SIMDESA system in general. The result of this community service is that village officials and villagers can properly use the system that has been installed and are able to apply it to actual cases.
