requires information regarding the receipt, supply, and expenditure of the drug between the sender
and the recipient, where the information can be changed periodically according to the entry and exit
of the drug. This research resulted in a drug distribution information system that aims to replace the
data recording and management system that was carried out manually to computerized, in order to
provide the required information quickly, accurately and on time. Now with this system the required
reports can be readily available, such as: ordering data, inventory, and reports. The drug distribution
information system for the Bireuen district health service was built using the PHP programming
language based on the codeigniter framework and using MySQL as its database.
