WORKSHOP FASILITASI PENYUSUNAN QANUN GAMPONG DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN ISU ANAK DAN PEREMPUAN
Abstract
Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak merupakan suatu perbuatan yang dilarang, setiap orang mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak, baik dalam bentuk kegiatan pencegahan maupun pengobatan, sehingga tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak dapat diminimalisir atau dicegah. Berbagai bentuk pencegahan dilakukan, salah satunya berupa penyusunan qanun gampong dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan permasalahan anak dan perempuan.

Violence against women and children is a prohibited act, everyone has an obligation to provide protection for women and children, both in the form of prevention and treatment activities, so that criminal acts of violence against women and children can be minimized or prevented. Various forms of prevention are carried out, one of which is in the form of drafting gampong qanuns in an effort to prevent and handle children and women's issues.
