Peningkatan Kapasitas Guru Dengan Optimalisasi Teknologi Digital

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor pendidikan, yang menggeser metode pembelajaran dari konvensional menuju interaktif dan inovatif. Dalam konteks ini, peningkatan kapasitas guru menjadi sangat penting agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif dalam proses pengajaran. Meskipun terdapat banyak platform dan aplikasi edukasi, banyak guru masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menggunakan alat-alat tersebut, dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pelatihan yang sistematis untuk mengembangkan keterampilan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode dan strategi peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan kontribusi positif terhadap kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia..
