SOSIALISASI STRATEGI BISNIS YANG ADAPTIF DI TENGAH TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL
Abstract
This activity focuses on efforts to build adaptive business strategies amidst digital transformation. This activity is held with the aim of providing insight to business people, academics, and the general public regarding the importance of flexible and innovative business strategies in facing digital change. This activity presents experts in the fields of business and technology who discuss various aspects, ranging from the adoption of digital technology, changes in consumption patterns, to adaptation strategies for MSMEs and large companies. Through material presentation sessions and interactive discussions, participants gain an understanding of the latest digital trends, challenges faced by the business world, and solutions that can be applied to increase competitiveness. This activity also highlights the role of data and artificial intelligence in making more accurate and efficient business decisions. The results of the activity show that digital transformation is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity for businesses to grow faster. Participants are expected to be able to implement more adaptive and innovative strategies to face the ever-changing market dynamics.
