Analisis Sentimen Review Produk Menggunakan Naïve Bayes dan SVM pada Komunitas Pengrajin Bordir di Kota Banda Aceh

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang baru bagi para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), termasuk komunitas pengrajin bordir di Kota Banda Aceh. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana memahami persepsi pelanggan terhadap produk yang dipasarkan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen review produk bordir menggunakan dua algoritma klasifikasi populer dalam machine learning, yaitu Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data yang digunakan berupa ulasan pelanggan yang dikumpulkan dari platform digital yang digunakan oleh komunitas pengrajin bordir. Proses analisis meliputi preprocessing data teks, ekstraksi fitur menggunakan metode TF-IDF, serta klasifikasi sentimen menjadi positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua algoritma mampu mengklasifikasikan sentimen dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik, namun SVM menunjukkan performa yang lebih unggul dibandingkan Naïve Bayes dalam hal presisi dan recall. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem analisis sentimen yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh komunitas pengrajin untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan berbasis umpan balik konsumen.
