IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI ANDROID SEDERHANA UNTUK DIGITALISASI DATA POSYANDU

Kegiatan Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) selama ini masih banyak dilakukan secara manual,
mulai dari pencatatan data ibu hamil, balita, imunisasi, hingga pertumbuhan anak. Hal ini
menyebabkan proses administrasi menjadi lambat, rawan kesalahan, serta menyulitkan dalam
penyimpanan dan pelaporan data jangka panjang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim
pengabdian dari Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia melakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat
dengan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi Android sederhana yang dapat
digunakan oleh kader Posyandu untuk mendigitalisasi proses pencatatan dan pelaporan data.
Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang sederhana dan ramah pengguna, sehingga mudah
dioperasikan oleh kader yang mungkin belum terbiasa menggunakan teknologi digital. Fitur utama
dalam aplikasi ini mencakup pencatatan data ibu hamil, bayi/balita, status imunisasi, grafik
pertumbuhan anak, serta laporan kegiatan Posyandu yang dapat diakses secara real-time. Evaluasi
awal menunjukkan bahwa kader merasa terbantu dengan kehadiran aplikasi ini, terutama dalam
hal efisiensi waktu dan kemudahan dalam penyajian laporan kepada petugas puskesmas atau dinas
kesehatan. Implementasi aplikasi Android ini diharapkan menjadi awal dari transformasi digital di
tingkat layanan kesehatan masyarakat dasar. Selain meningkatkan efisiensi kerja kader Posyandu,
kegiatan ini juga memperkuat integrasi data antar instansi serta mendorong kesadaran digital di
kalangan masyarakat. Ke depan, pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan dengan
menambahkan fitur sinkronisasi cloud, integrasi dengan database puskesmas, serta peningkatan
keamanan data.
