IMPLEMENTASI PELATIHAN BERBASIS MITRA VOKASI UNTUK PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI DIGITAL MARKETING DAN CONTENT CREATOR
Abstract
Pelatihan berbasis mitra vokasi merupakan salah satu strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang menghubungkan dunia pendidikan dengan kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pelatihan digital marketing dan content creation berbasis kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan vokasi dan mitra industri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis mitra vokasi mampu meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital, membuat konten kreatif yang relevan dengan target audiens, dan mengoptimalkan media sosial untuk branding. Kolaborasi ini juga memperkuat link and match antara pendidikan vokasi dan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan lain dalam mengembangkan kurikulum pelatihan berbasis industri.References
