PENGUATAN KAPASITAS PERANGKAT GAMPONG MELALUI SOSIALISASI HUKUM DALAM PENYELESAIAN PERKARA ADAT DI GAMPONG LAM LUMPU, KECAMATAN PEUKAN BADA
Abstract
Abstrak Sosialisasi ini mengkaji penguatan kapasitas perangkat gampong melalui sosialisasi hukum dalam konteks penyelesaian perkara adat di Gampong Lam Lumpu, Kecamatan Peukan Bada. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada adanya tantangan berupa keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap hukum adat serta minimnya perangkat gampong dalam penyelesaian perkara adat Di tengah perubahan nilai dan struktur sosial masyarakat modern, sehingga diperlukan Penguatan penyelesaian perkara dan peran perangkat gampong sebagai mediator yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. tujuan utama PKM adalah meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai hukum adat, memperkuat keterampilan mediasi dan negosiasi, mendorong fungsi sosial melalui musyawarah dan keadilan restoratif, membangun sinergi masyarakat, serta mendukung ketahanan sosial dan identitas budaya. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian lapangan, melibatkan koordinasi tim multidisiplin dari tiga perguruan tinggi (Universitas Iskandar Muda, Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia, dan STAI Tgk. Chik Pante Kulu), penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan kapasitas ini berkontribusi pada penyelesaian perkara yang efisien, peningkatan legitimasi perangkat gampong, serta pengembangan sistem dokumentasi yang memperkuat legitimasi hukum adat. Manfaat PKM meliputi penerapan ilmu pengetahuan bagi dosen, pengayaan wawasan akademik, serta peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang mekanisme adat dan keharmonisan sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi program berkelanjutan untuk memperkokoh sistem penyelesaian perkara adat dan mendukung keberlanjutan budaya lokal.References
