BIMBINGAN TEKNIS PENGISIAN SISTER DAN BKD ONLINE DOSEN UNIVERSITAS UBUDIYAH INDONESIA
Abstract
Abstrak: Dosen yang melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi diwajibkan untuk melaporkan beban kerja dosen pada semester berikutnya. Saat menyelesaikan BKD, dosen menggunakan aplikasi tertentu. Aplikasi BKD 2020 terbaru yang digunakan saat ini diadaptasi dari Permendikti Nomor 20 Tahun 2017. Di dalamnya memuat tugas dosen dan guru besar. Namun, Status Fungsional Akademik (JFA) adalah cara untuk mengalokasikan posisi mengajar di perguruan tinggi. Struktur jabatan fungsional akademik ini memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sangat penting untuk melaksanakan Tridharma perguruan tinggi dan mencapai hasil mutu yang diinginkan oleh setiap sivitas akademika. Dalam pengajuka kenaikan pangkat, dosen harus memenuhi pengisian detail kegiatan tridharma ke bagian program studi, setelah itu akan diproses di bagian fakultas. Penggunaan software aplikasi BKD dan SISTER menjadikan pelaporan pengisian beban kerja dosen menjadi lebih mudah, efisien dan efektif. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan dosen untuk memasukkan dan menyimpan informasi kegiatan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi setiap semesternya dan kemudian di konversikan ke angka kredit yang akan dilaksanakan sehingga jika ada akumulasi SKS maka SKS tersebut dapat dinyatakan sesuai. Penggunaan aplikasi SISTER dan BKD memudahkan dalam penyimpanan data terkait dengan informasi dosen di setiap fakultas yang disimpan secara terpusat dalam database, tidak lagi dalam tumpukan kertas yang dapat rusak secara fisik, sehingga informasi dapat dicetak sebagai laporan.

Abstract: Lecturers who carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education are required to recite the lecturer's workload in the following semester. When completing BKD, lecturers use certain applications. The latest BKD 2020 application that is currently used is adapted from Permendikti Number 20 of 2017. It contains the duties of lecturers and professors. However, Academic Functional Status (JFA) is a way to allocate teaching positions in colleges. This academic functional position structure has very important roles and functions to carry out the Tridharma of higher education and achieve quality results desired by every academic community. In applying for a promotion, lecturers must fulfill the details of tridharma activities in the study program section, after which it will be processed in the faculty section. The use of BKD and SISTER application software makes reporting on lecturer workloads easier, more efficient and effective. This application allows lecturers to enter and store information on Higher Education Tridharma activities every semester and then convert it to a credit score that will be implemented so that if there is an accumulation of credits, the credits can be declared appropriate. The use of the SISTER and BKD applications makes it easy to store data related to lecturer information in each faculty which is stored in a structured manner in a database, no longer in piles of paper that can be physically damaged, so that information can be printed as reports.
