PEMETAAN KASUS PENYEBARAN HIV DI PROVINSI ACEH BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN LEAFLETJS

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan suatu penyakit yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh dan melemahkan tubuh untuk melawan infeksi dan penyakit. Menurut data Kemenkes RI data dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2020 total yang terkena penyakit HIV di Provinsi Aceh berjumlah 1052 dan terjadi peningkatan di setiap tahunnya. Persentase infeksi HIV tertinggi dilaporkan pada kelompok umur 25-49 tahun (71,1%), diikuti kelompok umur 20-24 tahun (14,4%), dan kelompok umur ≥ 50 tahun (9%). Provinsi Aceh Memiliki 23 kabupaten yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah. Saat ini, data kasus dari setiap wilayah di provinsi Aceh masih disajikan dalam bentuk tabel yang kurang informatif sehingga memerlukan waktu dalam mengelola data tersebut untuk menghasilkan informasi yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kajian ini mengusulkan perancangan aplikasi pemetaan HIV di provinsi Aceh berbasis web menggunakan framework Lefletjs. Aplikasi dirancang menggunakan metode extreme programming. Aplikasi versi web dirancang menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter dan Leftletjs. Sedangkan aplikasi berbasis mobile dirancang menggunakan framework flutter yang digunakan oleh petugas kesehatan di setiap kabupaten untuk mengelola data kasus HIV pada kabupaten masing-masing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem yang dirancang dapat membantu dinas kesehatan provinsi Aceh dalam mengelola data persebaran kasus HIV. Aplikasi ini juga dapat membantu Petugas kesehatan setiap kabupaten yang ada di aceh dalam mengelola data human immunodeficiency virus.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a disease that attacks the immune system and weakens the body's ability to fight infection and disease. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health data from 2010 to 2020 the total number of people affected by HIV disease in Aceh Province is 1052 and there is an increase every year. The highest percentage of HIV infection was reported in the age group 25-49 years (71.1%), followed by the age group 20-24 years (14.4%), and the age group ≥ 50 years (9%). Aceh Province Has 23 districts spread across various regions. Currently, case data from each region in Aceh province is still presented in a less informative table form, so it takes time to manage the data to produce the expected information. Based on these problems, this study proposes to design a web-based HIV mapping application in Aceh province using the Lefletjs framework. The application is designed using the extreme programming method. The web version of the application is designed using the CodeIgniter and Leftletjs frameworks. Meanwhile, mobile-based applications are designed using the Flutter framework used by health workers in each district to manage HIV case data in their respective districts. The results of this study indicate that the designed system can assist the Aceh provincial health office in managing data on the spread of HIV cases. This application can also assist health workers in each district in Aceh in managing human immunodeficiency virus data.
