IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMAS ANGKUTAN ANTAR KOTA DALAM PROVINSI (AKDP) DI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN ACEH

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Aceh merupakan sebuah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak pada bidang perhubungan salah satunya dibidang angkutan darat yang berada dibawah Bidang Lalu Lintas Angkutan Jalan (LLAJ). Angkutan Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) menjadi salah satu angkutan umum yang banyak diminati oleh sebahagian besar masyarakat di Provinsi Aceh sehingga Dinas Perhubungan Aceh yang menjadi regulator pada bidang perhubungan harus dapat melakukan pengawasan, pengelolaan data angkutan umum dengan baik. Salah satu fungsi dari instansi ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi untuk penerbitan izin kepada perusahaan AKDP. Belum maksimalnya dalam pencarian beberapa data AKDP seperti nama-nama perusahaan angkutan AKDP, plat nomor kendaraan seluruh kendaraan yang telah diberikan izin, trayek kendaraan yang memiliki kuota, serta surat izin serta kartu pengawasan (KPS) yang telah diberikan memiliki tanggal masa berlaku. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dibangun sebuah Sistem Informasi angkutan AKDP agar dapat memudahkan mendapat informasi database terkait perusahaan AKDP, serta trayek yang masih tersedia jika perusahaan mengajukan permohonan izin baru, penambahan kendaraan, pergantian kendaraan. Dan sistem informasi angkutan AKDP ini juga memudahkan petugas Dinas Perhubungan dalam melakukan penertiban dan pengawasan angkutan AKDP.

Dinas Perhubungan Aceh is a government agency engaged in the field of transportation, one of which is in the field of land transportation under the Road Transport Traffic Division (LLAJ). Inter-City Transportation Within the Province (AKDP) is one of the public transportation that is in great demand by most people in Aceh Province so that the Dinas Perhubungan Aceh which is the regulator in the field of transportation must be able to supervise, manage public transportation data properly. One of the functions of this agency is to provide recommendations for issuing licenses to AKDP companies. It has not been maximized in searching for some AKDP data such as the names of AKDP transportation companies, vehicle license plates of all vehicles that have been given permission, vehicle routes that have quotas, as well as permits and supervision cards (KPS) that have been given have validity dates. Based on this, it is necessary to build an AKDP transportation information system in order to make it easier to get database information related to AKDP companies, as well as routes that are still available if the company applies for a new license, vehicle addition, vehicle change. And this AKDP transportation information system makes it easier for Transportation Department officers to control and supervise AKDP transportation.
