PENGUATAN LITERASI KRISIS GLOBAL BAGI UMKM: PROGRAM EDUKASI DAN TRANSFORMASI USAHA BERKELANJUTAN DI PIDIE
Abstract
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi dan kesadaran pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Kabupaten Pidie, dalam menghadapi krisis global yang berdampak pada keberlanjutan usaha. Di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi global yang meningkat, pelaku UMKM sering kali memiliki pengetahuan dan kesiapan yang terbatas, sehingga rentan terhadap guncangan eksternal. Program ini dirancang melalui model edukasi partisipatif yang melibatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan simulasi praktis yang disesuaikan dengan konteks lokal. Kegiatan berfokus pada peningkatan literasi krisis, manajemen risiko, adaptasi digital, dan strategi usaha berkelanjutan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap dampak krisis global serta kemampuan mereka dalam merumuskan strategi yang responsif dan antisipatif. Penguatan literasi krisis tidak hanya memberdayakan pelaku UMKM untuk bertahan dalam situasi kritis, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi usaha jangka panjang. Program ini memberikan model yang dapat direplikasi dalam pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis masyarakat dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dan perspektif global.
