PENGUATAN KAPASITAS MASYARAKAT DALAM MANAJEMEN PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR GAMPONG ALUE NAGA
Abstract
Penguatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam manajemen proyek pembangunan infrastruktur di Gampong Alue
Naga merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan keberlanjutan pembangunan
desa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali masyarakat dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam
perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proyek infrastruktur agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal dan
standar teknis yang berlaku. Melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan sosialisasi, masyarakat
diharapkan mampu mengelola proyek secara mandiri, transparan, dan akuntabel. Hasil kegiatan
menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat berdampak positif pada efektivitas pelaksanaan
proyek, peningkatan rasa memiliki terhadap hasil pembangunan, serta penguatan kemandirian desa dalam
mengelola sumber daya. Keterlibatan masyarakat secara langsung juga meningkatkan transparansi dan
akuntabilitas penggunaan dana pembangunan, sehingga meminimalisir potensi penyalahgunaan dan
meningkatkan kepercayaan publik. Pendekatan partisipatif yang berbasis kearifan lokal menjadi kunci
keberhasilan program ini. Secara keseluruhan, penguatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam manajemen proyek
pembangunan infrastruktur di Gampong Alue Naga memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap
peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Upaya ini menjadi model yang dapat
direplikasi di desa-desa lain untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan partisipatif.
