PELATIHAN PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN TAPAK BERKELANJUTAN UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN KAWASAN PINGGIRAN KOTA
Abstract
Perkembangan kawasan pinggiran kota sering kali diwarnai oleh pertumbuhan permukiman yang tidak
terencana, mengakibatkan degradasi lingkungan dan minimnya kualitas hidup. Kegiatan pengabdian
kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas warga dan aparat lokal dalam
memahami prinsip-prinsip perencanaan dan perancangan tapak yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan
pelatihan partisipatif, kegiatan ini menyampaikan materi tentang prinsip tapak berkelanjutan, konservasi
lahan, pengelolaan air, sirkulasi ramah lingkungan, serta zonasi fungsi ruang. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh
tokoh masyarakat, pemuda, dan perencana lokal di kawasan pinggiran kota. Hasil kegiatan
menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dan tersusunnya konsep awal pengembangan
tapak berkelanjutan yang disepakati bersama.
