Abstrak
Saat ini dunia bisnis telah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi dengan baik. Melalui E- commerce dengan menggunakan internet diharapkan mampu menekan biaya transaksi secara signifikan. Karena saat ini internet merupakan hal yang lekat dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari. E-commerce, adalah pengguna jaringan komunikasi dan computer untuk melaksanakan proses bisnis. Perdagangan dari E- commerce adalah pengguna internet dan komputer dengan browser web untuk membeli dan menjual produk. Secara definisi E-commerce merupakan bagian dari e-business, namun tidak semua E-business berarti E-commerce. E-commerce lebih sempit jika dibandingkan dengan e-business, di mana E-commerce adalah sub perangkat dari e-business. E-business memiliki ruang lingkup yang sangat luas, menunjuk kepada penggunaan teknologi untuk menjalankan bisnis yang memberikan hasil, memberikan dampak yang besar kepada bisnis secara keseluruhan. Masa pandemic mengubah banyak hal, termasuk pola bekerja, pola belajar, dan pola belanja. Pembatasan mobilitas yang diterapkan pemerintah, serta tingginya korban Covid-19 membuat banyak orang khawatir untuk berpergian keluar rumah. Sebaliknya, kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari tidak dapat ditinggalkan.
