PEMBERDAYAAN MAHASISWA DAN PEMUDA MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN LITERASI DIGITAL BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DI KABUPATEN ACEH SINGKIL
Abstract
Transformasi digital menuntut peningkatan kompetensi masyarakat, khususnya mahasiswa dan pemuda sebagai agen perubahan sosial. Namun, tingkat literasi digital di wilayah daerah berkembang masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi, penggunaan internet yang belum produktif, serta minimnya pendampingan berbasis praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital mahasiswa dan pemuda melalui program pendampingan literasi digital berbasis teknologi informasi di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif melalui pelatihan, praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan intensif selama empat minggu. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 35 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan pemuda komunitas lokal. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi keterampilan digital peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi digital peserta dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 56,4 menjadi 82,7 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 46,63%. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengaplikasikan teknologi untuk produktivitas digital seperti pembuatan konten edukatif, pengelolaan dokumen digital, dan pemanfaatan platform kolaborasi daring. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis praktik dan partisipatif efektif dalam memberdayakan generasi muda di era digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis literasi digital yang berkelanjutan di daerah.References
