WEBINAR : STRATEGI MENGEMBANGKAN DIRI DAN MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN DUNIA KERJA DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0
Abstrak
ABSTRAK - Perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0 telah memiliki dampak kepada beberapa bidang kehidupan baik berdampak positif maupun negatif. Beberapa dampak yang paling terasa seperti ekonomi, penyerapan tenaga kerja dan lainnya. Akibat revolusi industri 4.0 ini industri telah mengganti paradigma penyerapan tenaga kerja yang dulunya banyak menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk memproduksi produk mereka menjadi menggunakan tenaga mesin otomatis. Hal ini tentu menjadi hal yang paling terasa dirasakan oleh para pekerja dan pencari kerja pada industri yang ada di Indonesia. Mesin-mesin otomatis yang digunakan di industri telah menggantikan manusia sehingga tenaga manusia secara jumlah tidak dibutuhkan lagi sebagai bentuk pemenuhan prinsip ekonomi bagi industri. Namun di samping itu, revolusi telah membuka mata kita bahwa ada beberapa skill manusia yang tidak akan digantikan oleh mesin. Melalui webinar yang telah dilakukan kepada peserta memberikan gambaran dan pengetahuan apa saja yang akan dibutuhkan kedepan oleh industri dari berbagai skill yang dimiliki manusia. Seminar daring yang dilakukan, membawa antusias yang luar biasa bagi peserta yang banyak merespon melalui kesempatan bertanya sehingga antusias tersebut membawa suasana webinar menjadi sangat aktif. Peserta mampu memahami bahwa dengan beberapa skill yang dimiliki akan menjadi modal untuk mencari kerja pada era revolusi 4.0. Webinar ini dilaksanakan di stasiun TV UBONTV di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia
