MENUMBUHKAN MINAT DESAIN ARSITEKTUR DENGAN PENGENALAN PERKEMBANGAN ARSITEKTUR DI MASA DEPAN PADA SISWA SMP IT FAJAR HIDAYAH ACEH

Abstrak

Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional disebutkan bahwa Perguruan Tinggi wajib melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu: pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia secara berkala dalam satu semester atau pun pertahun akademik. Sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan oleh Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia adalah: “Menumbuhkan Minat Desain Arsitektur Dengan Pengenalan Perkembangan Arsitektur Di Masa Depan Pada Siswa Smp It Fajar Hidayah Acehâ€. Pentingnya untuk mengenalkan tentang dunia desain sejak dini untuk para siswa tingkat SMP supaya mereka bisa lebih dini tau tentang bakat dan minat yang tertarik dalam dunia desain atau Arsitektur. Kemampuan berimajinasi dengan melahirkan konsep-konsep bentuk desain baru sangat di perlukan sejak dini, terutama untuk para siswa di sekolah kejuruan menggambar yang sudah memantapkan pilihan nya untuk menjadi seorang Arsitek. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat guna membantu para siswa agar memiliki pengetahuan dalam menumbuhkan bakat minat untuk mengenal cita-cita mereka.

Kata Kunci: Kegiatan Sosialisasi, kreativitas desain, Arsitektur.

In Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System it is stated that Higher Education is obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: teaching, research and community service. Community service programs are also carried out by the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia periodically in one semester or even per academic year. As a form of community service that can be carried out by the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia is: "Growing Interest in Architectural Design by Introduction to Future Architectural Developments in Students of SMP It Fajar Hidayah Aceh". It is important to introduce the world of design from an early age to junior high school students so that they can know about their talents and interests who are interested in the world of design or architecture earlier. The ability to imagine by generating new design concepts is needed from an early age, especially for students in drawing vocational schools who have made their choice to become an Architect. Therefore, the implementation of community service is to help students to have knowledge in cultivating talents and interests to know their goals.
