SOSIALISASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DESA BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DI GAMPONG KLIENG MEURIA
Abstrak
Keberadaan teknologi informasi pada instansi sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja.Penggunaannya tidak hanya sebagai alat otomasi dalam mengakses informasi, tapi juga sebagai media informasi yang akurat, cepat, efisien dan transparan. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem informasi dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem yang lain. Sehingga mempermudah proses monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja instansi. Penerapan teknologi informasi pada pemerintahan desa dapat mempercepat alur proses administrasi desa sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada warga yang membutuhkan proses administrasi. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tema sosialisasi teknologi informasi yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan SIMDESA dan penggunaannya pada Gampong Klieng Meuria Aceh Besar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan pendanaan dari program kemitraan masyarakat stimulus dari kemenristekdikti. Proses yang telah dilakukan pada pengabmas ini yaitu kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi manajemen desa dengan berbagai fitur yang dapat digunakan oleh aparatur desa dan juga masyarakat. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 10 sampai 11 Juni 2022. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh perangkat desa dan perwakilan elemen masyarakat sebanyak 100 orang yang bertempat pada dikantor lurah desa tersebut. Luaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu masyakarat desa mengerti manfaat penggunaan aplikasi SIMDESA dan kemudahan dalam proses administrasi untuk mengurus berbagai keperluan warga.

The existence of information technology in agencies plays an important role in improving the quality of performance. Its use is not only as an automation tool in accessing informatio, but also as an information medium that is accurate, fast, efficient and transparant. This is because information system can be integrated with other systems. So that it facilitates the process of monitoring and evaluating agency performance. The application of information technology in village government can accelerate the flow of village administration processes. Therefore, community service is carried out with the theme of the application of information technology, namely by providing SIMDESA socialization and its use in the Village of Klieng Meuria Aceh Besar. This community service is funding from the stimulus community partnership program from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The process that has been carried out in this community service is training activities on the use of village management applications with various features that can be used by village officials and the community. This training was held from 10 to 11 June 2022. This training was attended by 100 village officials and representatives of community elements who took place in the event hall in the village. The output of this activity is that the village community understands the benefits of using the SIMDESA application and the ease in the administrative process to take care of the various needs of the residents
