SOSIALISASI PEMAMFAATAN JARINGAN LAN & INTERNET MENUJU DESA DIGITAL GUNA MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PEMERINTAH DESA DI GAMPONG KLIENG MURIA

Abstrak

Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, Desa sangat berperan aktif dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, salah satunya yakni membuat gebrakan-gebrakan berbasis Digital namun tak menghilangkan kearifan lokal milik Desa, akulturasi antara Teknologi dan budaya yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan dan pembangunan Desa. Dikarenakan “Desa yang pintar akan mendukung kota/kabupaten yang pintar. Kota/kabupaten yang pintar akan mendukung provinsi yang pintar. Provinsi yang pintar akan mendukung negara yang pintar. Namun Kasus yang masih ditemui di setiap desa adalah Rendahnya Kualitas Layanan yang sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa pengurusan surat di tingkatan desa adalah hal yang menyita waktu dan kadang membingungkan. Kualitas layanan yang buruk ini sangat sulit diubah dikarenakan berbagai faktor dari faktor Sumber daya manusia, hingga tidak teraturnya administrasi, belum adanya SOP adalah kendala utama terutama di desa -desa. Kualitas Data Yang Buruk Dikarenakan tidak adanya standar baku tersebut, mengakibatkan data tidak memiliki format yang jelas dan data sering hilang. Desa harus menggunakan cara manual seperti promosi mulut ke mulut dan cara konvensional, padahal sekarang seharusnya desa sudah memiliki channel digital untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut. Terbatas Informasi Potensi Desa Dalam tugasnya desa harus mengembangkan potensi dengan menjalin kemitraan dan terhubung ke banyak pihak. Maka dalam kegiatan ini bertema Sosialisasi Pemamfaatan Jaringan LAN & Internet Menuju Desa Digital Guna Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pemerintah Desa Di Gampong Klieng Muria, kegiatan Sosialisasi ini merupakan konsep program yang menerapkan sistem pelayanan pemerintahan, pelayanan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis teknologi informasi dengan pemamfaatan jaringan internet. Sosialisasi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi desa, pemasaran dan percepatan akses serta pelayanan publik. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini adalah untuk administrasi pelayanan dan informasi secara maksimal.

In the current development of technology, the village plays an active role in the use of technology, one of which is making digital-based breakthroughs but not eliminating the village's local wisdom, acculturation between technology and culture which is very important in the development and development of the village. Because “a smart village will support a smart city/district. Smart cities/districts will support smart provinces. A smart province will support a smart country. However, the case that is still found in every village is the low quality of service. It is common knowledge that managing letters at the village level is time-consuming and sometimes confusing. This poor service quality is very difficult to change due to various factors ranging from human resources to irregular administration, the absence of Standard Operating Procedures is the main obstacle, especially in the villages. Poor Data Quality Due to the absence of these standards, the data does not have a clear format and data is often lost. Villages have to use manual methods such as word of mouth and conventional methods, even though now villages should already have digital channels to support these activities. Limited Information on Village Potential In their duties, villages must develop potential by establishing partnerships and connecting to many parties. So in this activity the theme Socialization of the Utilization of LAN & Internet Networks Towards a Digital Village to Improve Village Government Services in Gampong Klileng Muria, this socialization activity is a program concept that implements a system of government services, community services, and information technology-based community empowerment by utilizing the internet network. This socialization also aims to develop village potential, marketing and accelerate access and public services. This socialization and training is for maximum administration of services and information.
