PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN DATA SISWA BERBASIS WEB PADA MIN 01 NAGAN RAYA MENGGUNAKAN PHP DAN MYSQL

Laporan ini membahas tentang perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan data siswa pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Masalah utama yang dibahas adalah ketidakmampuan sekolah dalam mengakses teknologi untuk melakukan penilaian siswa secara efisien, yang masih terpaku pada penggunaan media kertas dan risiko kehilangan data. Dalam konteks ini, kegiatan bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang memudahkan pengelolaan data siswa, meningkatkan keamanan, efisiensi administrasi, serta memperluas akses informasi kepada pihak terkait dan orang tua siswa. Agar mencapai tujuan ini, kegiatan dilakukan dengan menerapkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL sebagai infrastruktur utama. Langkah-langkah keamanan data seperti manajemen akses yang ketat, backup data rutin, pelatihan karyawan, kebijakan keamanan data yang jelas, dan kerjasama dengan ahli keamanan data diintegrasikan dalam desain sistem. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan keamanan data siswa, efisiensi dalam administrasi sekolah, akses informasi yang lebih mudah bagi pihak terkait, serta pengembangan kualitas pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memperkuat keterlibatan orang tua siswa dalam pendidikan anak-anak mereka melalui akses terbatas pada platform berbasis web. Diharapkan hasil kegiatan ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam mengelola data siswa dengan lebih efisien dan meningkatkan keamanan informasi. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya sebagai pelopor penerapan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan di wilayah mereka.

This report discusses the design of a web-based student data management information system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The main problem discussed is the inability of schools to access technology to carry out student assessments efficiently, which is still focused on using paper media and the risk of data loss. In this context, the activity aims to design a system that makes it easier to manage student data, improves security, administrative efficiency, and expands access to information for related parties and students' parents. In order to achieve this goal, activities are carried out by implementing the PHP programming language and MySQL database as the main infrastructure. Data security measures such as strict access management, regular data backups, employee training, clear data security policies, and collaboration with data security experts are integrated into the system design. The expected results of this activity are increased security of student data, efficiency in school administration, easier access to information for related parties, as well as development of the quality of education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya. In addition, this system can strengthen the involvement of parents in their children's education through limited access to web-based platforms. It is hoped that the results of this activity can become an example for other schools in managing student data more efficiently and increasing information security. It is hoped that the implementation of this system will make Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 01 Nagan Raya a pioneer in the application of technology in the world of education in their region.
