PENYULUHAN HUKUM TERHADAP PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM PENCENGAHAN BULLYING PADA ANAK (GAMPONG LAM RAYA KEC. KUTA BARO KAB. ACEH BESAR)

Abstrak

Anak adalah generasi penerus untuk masa depan yang cerah dan lebih baik. Orang terdekat anak di setiap lingkungan mempunyai peran penting dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya bullying. tindakan dari bullying dapat mengakibatkan depresi. Namun perilaku tersebut seringkali diabaikan oleh orangtua dan menganggap hal tersebut merupakan hal wajar dalam perkembangannya. Dengan  begitu cara mengasuh orang tua sangat penting dalam hal ini, untuk mencegah atau menghapus terjadinya bullying. Orang terdekat anak di lingkungan rumah tentu saja orang tua dan saat di sekolah adalah para guru. Di lingkungan rumah orang tua bisa memberikan pola asuh yang terbaik karena pola asuh yang di terapkan dapat menentukan sikap dan perilaku anak di setiap lingkungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan pada orangtua guna memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang bullying sehingga secara bersama-sama dapat mencengah dan mengurangi tindakan bullying pada anak. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarkat  ini peserta dapat lebih memahami tentang bullying, tanda dan gejalanya, serta upaya pencegahan bullying. sehingga orangtua turut berperan dalam pencegahan bullying pada anak. Dengan begitu maka, orangtua ikut andil dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman bagi anak, tanpa ada diskriminasi secara fisik maupun verbal. Orang tua harus didorong untuk terlibat dalam  pencegahan bullying, sehingga anak akan lebih terbuka ketika mengalami tindakan bullying.

Children are the next generation for a bright and better future. The people closest to the child in each environment have an important role in preventing bullying. Acts of bullying can result in depression. However, this behavior is often ignored by parents and considers this to be normal in their development. In this way, parents' parenting methods are very important in this case, to prevent or eliminate bullying. The closest people to children at home are of course the parents and at school are the teachers. In the home environment, parents can provide the best parenting style because the parenting style applied can determine the child's attitudes and behavior in each environment. The aim of this community service is in the form of counseling for parents to provide knowledge and understanding about bullying so that together they can prevent and reduce bullying in children. From the results of this community service, participants can understand more about bullying, its signs and symptoms, as well as efforts to prevent bullying. so that parents play a role in preventing bullying in children. In this way, parents take part in creating a safe and comfortable environment for children, without any physical or verbal discrimination. Parents must be encouraged to be involved in preventing bullying, so that children will be more open when experiencing bullying.
