PENYULUHAN HUKUM “MENDORONG PERAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MENYIAPKAN STRATEGI PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL†DI GAMPONG LAM RAYA, ACEH BESAR
Abstrak
Kekerasan seksual merupakan perbuatan terlarang yang menyerang fisik/non fisik seseorang, yang mana perbuatan tersebut diatur didalam Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual. Setiap orang memiliki kewajiban dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang kekerasan seksual, baik dalam bentuk kegiatan pencegahan, maupun penanganan, agar perbuatan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual dapat terminimalisir ataupun dapat dicegah. Berbagai bentuk pencegahan dilakukan, salah satunya dalam bentuk penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat, dengan tujuan agar masyarakat dapat mawas diri terhadap bahaya kekerasan seksual yang dapat menyerang orang-orang terdekatnya terutama perempuan dan anak yang tergolong dalam kelompok rentan.

Sexual violence is a prohibited act that physically/non-physically attacks a person, which act is regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence. Every person has an obligation to provide an understanding of sexual violence, both in the form of prevention and treatment activities, so that criminal acts of sexual violence can be minimized or prevented. Various forms of prevention are carried out, one of which is in the form of legal education to the community, with the aim that the community can be aware of the dangers of sexual violence which can attack those closest to them, especially women and children who are classified as vulnerable groups.
