WEBINAR MEMBANGUN KETAHANAN UMKM MELALUI INOVASI DIGITAL DI ERA VUCA
Abstrak
Kegiatan ini berfokus pada upaya membangun ketahanan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui inovasi digital di era VUCA (Volatitility, Uncertainty, Complexity,Ambiguity). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang tantangan dan peluang di era VUCA, serta mengadopsi teknologi digital.melalui serangkaian acara kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital para pelaku UMKM, memperkenalkan strategi pemasaran digital, dan membantu mengimplementasikan teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnis. Kegiatan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap pengingkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dan mendorong terciptanya ekosistem bisnis yang lebih solid dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program pengembangan UMKM lainnya, guna memperkuat daya saing dan ketahanan bisnis di era yang penuh tantangan ini.

This activity focuses on efforts to build the resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through digital innovation in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. This activity aims to increase MSME players' understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the VUCA era, as well as adopting digital technology. Through a series of events, this activity succeeded in increasing the digital literacy of MSME players, introducing digital marketing strategies, and helping implement digital technology in business operations. This activity also has a positive impact on improving the economic welfare of the community and encouraging the creation of a more solid and sustainable business ecosystem. Therefore, it is hoped that this activity can become a model for other MSME development programs, in order to strengthen competitiveness and business resilience in this challenging era.
