Ie Masen Village has great potential to improve the quality of human resources (HR), but challenges in financial management and health awareness are still major obstacles. This community service aims to build superior HR by strengthening the financial literacy and health of village communities. The approach used is an integrated program based on education, training, and mentoring. This program includes two main aspects. First, financial literacy through training in household financial management, budget planning, and micro-business management that encourages family economic sustainability. Second, health literacy should be increased through education on healthy lifestyles, the importance of routine health checks, and community-based health risk management. This program involves collaboration between academics, village governments, and local communities to ensure sustainable implementation and relevance to local needs. Initial results show that active community participation in this program increases their understanding of the importance of financial and health management. In addition, the community is better prepared to make decisions that support the overall welfare of the family. With this synergy, it is hoped that Ie Masen Village can become a model for other villages in building superior HR based on financial and health literacy.
