Pelaksanaan Edukasi Pengelolaan dan Evaluasi Diri RA (Raudhlatul Athfal)
Abstrak
RA (Raudhatul Athfal ) adalah lembaga pra sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Di kota Banda Aceh terdapat 12 RA yang tersebar di beberapa kecamatan. Jumlah RA masih sangat sedikit dibandingkan dengan jumlah TK. Meskipun sedikit, RA juga perlu menyiapkan diri untuk menghadapi persaingan. Salah satu caranya dengan melakukan kegiatan Evaluasi Diri RA (EDRA). EDRA disusun sebagai acuan untuk menyusun Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM) dan Rencana Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT). Melalui EDRA ini diharapkan RA dapat berbenah diri dengan melakukan perubahan-perubahan sesuai dengan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang-peluang serta hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi.
Pengabdian masyarakat kami laksanakan di Kelompok Kerja Kepala Raudhlatul Athfal (KKRA) Banda Aceh . Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di organisasi tersebut dihadiri oleh pengurus yang berjumlah lebih kurang 30 orang, dan unsur pemerintahan sebanyak 5 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dengan acara pembukaan dan pemaparan materi mengenai pentingnya kegiatan evaluasi diri, perencanaan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia,  hubungan serikat pekerja dan program keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan pekerja. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdapat diskusi tanya jawab dengan peserta. Setelah dilaksanakannya pemaparan materi dan diskusi tanya jawab, pemateri memberikan cenderamata kepada peserta dan cendramata sebagai bentuk kenang-kenangan telah dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia.
