Model Pengujian Perangkat Lunak Berbasis Black Box pada Aplikasi Mobile di Sekolah SMK TI Kota Banda Aceh

Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan tahapan penting dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi untuk memastikan bahwa sistem bekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Salah satu metode yang umum digunakan dalam pengujian perangkat lunak adalah pengujian berbasis Black Box, di mana fokus utama pengujian terletak pada fungsionalitas perangkat lunak tanpa memeriksa struktur internal atau kode program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan model pengujian perangkat lunak berbasis Black Box pada aplikasi mobile yang digunakan di lingkungan SMK TI Kota Banda Aceh. Pengujian dilakukan pada fitur-fitur utama aplikasi seperti autentikasi pengguna, jadwal pelajaran, sistem penilaian, dan notifikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah equivalence partitioning dan boundary value analysis untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan input dan perilaku sistem terhadap kondisi batas. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fungsi aplikasi berjalan sesuai ekspektasi, meskipun ditemukan beberapa anomali pada validasi input dan tampilan data yang tidak konsisten. Model pengujian ini dinilai efektif dalam mengidentifikasi cacat fungsional dan memberikan umpan balik yang berguna bagi tim pengembang dalam proses penyempurnaan aplikasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan dalam melakukan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak secara sistematis, khususnya pada pengembangan aplikasi mobile internal.
