PENGUATAN LITERASI DIGITAL DAN KEAMANAN INTERNET MASYARAKAT MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI PEMBLOKIRAN SITUS JUDI ONLINE DI DESA TIBANG, KECAMATAN SYIAH KUALA, KOTA BANDA ACEH

Desa Tibang memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang menjadi masyarakat yang melek digital. Namun, meningkatnya akses internet juga membawa risiko, terutama paparan terhadap konten berbahaya seperti situs judi online yang dilarang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) Pasal 27 ayat 2 juncto Pasal 45 ayat 2. Kondisi ini marak terjadi di lingkungan yang menyediakan akses internet terbuka, seperti warung kopi dan kafe, sehingga menyulitkan pemerintah dalam mengendalikan penyalahgunaan internet. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memperkuat literasi digital dan meningkatkan keamanan internet melalui implementasi teknologi pemblokiran situs judi online berbasis Domain Name System (DNS) di Desa Tibang, Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh. Metode kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan dan konfigurasi DNS Blocking pada Router OS, serta pelatihan kepada perangkat desa dan masyarakat agar mampu mengelola serta memanfaatkan internet secara sehat dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya judi online, kemampuan perangkat desa dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi DNS Blocking, serta terciptanya lingkungan digital yang lebih aman. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model penerapan literasi digital dan keamanan internet bagi desa-desa lain dalam mendukung transformasi digital yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.
