PEMBERDAYAAN ORGANISASI MELALUI PENINGKATAN KETRAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI DAN NEGOSIASI
Abstrak
Komunikasi dan negosiasi yang efektif merupakan kompetensi penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi di era yang dinamis dan saling terhubung saat ini. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana penguatan keterampilan tersebut dapat memberdayakan organisasi dalam membangun kolaborasi, menyelesaikan konflik, dan mendorong pencapaian strategis. Dengan menelaah prinsip-prinsip utama komunikasi interpersonal, mendengarkan aktif, dan negosiasi integratif, studi ini menyoroti pendekatan praktis untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu maupun tim. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang terarah serta budaya yang menghargai dialog terbuka dan saling pengertian dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan ketahanan, adaptabilitas, dan pengaruh organisasi. Pada akhirnya, pemberdayaan organisasi melalui komunikasi dan negosiasi bukan sekadar keuntungan taktis—melainkan sebuah keharusan strategis.
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dihadiri oleh Pengurus organisasi yang berjumlah lebih kurang 50 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dengan acara pembukaan dan pemaparan materi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdapat diskusi tanya jawab dengan peserta. Setelah dilaksanakannya pemaparan materi dan diskusi tanya jawab, pemateri memberikan cenderamata kepada peserta dan cendramata sebagai bentuk kenang-kenangan telah dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia.
