Kasus seperti wanprestasi dalam pemenuhan kewajiban pendidikan, penyalahgunaan wewenang, pelanggaran hak anak, hingga tindak perdata terkait perlindungan data pribadi sering terjadi tanpa penanganan memadai. Abstract Violations of civil law within elementary school environments are often unnoticed by teachers, parents, and even school administrators. Cases such as breaches of educational obligations, misuse of authority, violations of children’s rights, and civil issues related to personal data protection frequently occur without proper handling. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of school communities regarding various forms of civil law violations and the preventive measures that schools can implement. The methods used include legal socialization, case discussions, and simulations of simple dispute resolution. The results of the activity show an increase in school stakeholders’ awareness of their legal rights and obligations, as well as the establishment of a school commitment to implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for preventing civil law violations. The implementation of this socialization was carried out at SDIT Fajar Hidayah Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar, in February 2025 as part of the legal education activities mandated under the Tri Dharma of higher education. Keywords: civil law, elementary education, legal protection, child rights violations, legal socialization.Referensi
