PROGRAM EDUKASI PENCATATAN KEUANGAN SEDERHANA DAN PERENCANAAN USAHA UMKM GAMPONG BERKELANJUTAN DI KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstrak

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen keuangan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di salah satu gampong di Kabupaten Pidie. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah rendahnya praktik pencatatan keuangan, perencanaan usaha, dan pemahaman tentang arus kas sehingga menghambat perkembangan usaha. Melalui pendekatan pendampingan berbasis partisipasi, kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, pengelolaan modal, perencanaan keuangan, hingga simulasi laporan laba rugi UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun catatan transaksi harian, memisahkan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, serta membuat rencana pengembangan usaha. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis gampong yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain. Kata Kunci: UMKM, manajemen keuangan, gampong, pendampingan, literasi finansial. Abstract This community service program aims to improve the financial management skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in a village in Pidie Regency. The main issues identified included the lack of financial recording practices, limited business planning, and low understanding of cash flow management, which hinder business sustainability. Through a participatory mentoring approach, the program provided training on simple bookkeeping, capital allocation, financial planning, and simulated MSME income statements. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ ability to record daily transactions, separate business and personal finances, and develop financial-based business plans. This program offers a replicable model for village-based MSME empowerment. Keywords: MSMEs, financial management, village empowerment, mentoring, financial literacy.
