MEMBERIKAN EDUKASI KESEHATAN TENTANG MENTAL HEALTH REMAJA (KESEHATAN MENTAL REMAJA) DI SMKN 1 LHOKNGA
Abstract
Kesehatan mental merupakan kondisi mental yang ditandai dengan tidak adanya gangguan atau kecacatan mental. Permasalahan kesehatan mental yang sering dialami individu diantaranya adalah mengalami kegelisahan, tidak merasa adanya ketentraman, hingga mengalami gangguan kejiwaan. Maka dari itu, individu perlu memiliki kemampuan menjaga dan memelihara kesehatan mental yang baik agar terhindar dari gangguan kejiwaan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberian edukasi ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022, mulai pukul 09.00 s/d selesai. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara tatapmuka dengan para siswa di SMKN 1 Lhoknga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan siswa tentang mental health (kesehatan mental).

Mental health is a mental condition characterized by the absence of mental disorders or disabilities. Mental health problems that are often experienced by individuals include experiencing anxiety, not feeling peaceful, and experiencing psychiatric disorders. Therefore, individuals need to have the ability to maintain and maintain good mental health in order to avoid psychiatric disorders. This counseling and education activity will be held on December 15, 2022, starting at 09.00 until finished. This activity was carried out face to face with students at SMKN 1 Lhoknga. The result of this activity is to increase students' knowledge and insights about mental health (mental health).
