UPAYA PROMOTIF DAN PREVENTIF PENCEGAHAN HIPERTENSI PADA MASYARAKAT
Abstrak
Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang menjadi masalah kesehatan nasional. Angka kejadian hipertensi cukup tinggi yang disebabkan oleh: gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia pada penduduk usia 18 tahun sebesar 34,1%, dimana diketahui 8,36% terdiagnosis hipertensi, 32,27% tidak rutin minum obat dan 13,33% penderita hipertensi tidak minum obat. Berdasarkan survei di Lhoksukon Aceh Utara menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara rutin dan kesadaran untuk meminum obat hipertensi secara rutin bagi mereka yang telah terdiagnosis hipertensi masih rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pencegahan hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah community diagnostic untuk mengetahui masalah utama kesehatan, dilanjutkan dengan metode konseling untuk memecahkan masalah utama. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Lhoksukon, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. KKN dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Agustus – 12 Agustus 2022 dengan tim 2 orang; 1 dosen dan 1 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan diagnosa masyarakat, menunjukkan bahwa Hipertensi merupakan masalah utama di lokasi tersebut. Permasalahan lainnya adalah tingkat kepatuhan minum obat dan kebiasaan melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah yang rendah secara rutin. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan, pemeriksaan tensi, suplai darah, alat ukur tekanan darah dan pemasangan poster pencegahan hipertensi di lokasi-lokasi strategis. Pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan hipertensi dapat ditingkatkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Masyarakat juga antusias untuk mengecek tekanan darah secara mandiri dengan alat yang disediakan.

Hypertension is a disease that becomes a health problem national. The incidence of hypertension cases is quite high which is caused by: unhealthy lifestyle. Based on Riskesdas 2018, prevalence hypertension in Indonesia in the population aged 18 years by 34.1%, which It is known that 8.36% have been diagnosed with hypertension, 32.27% not routinely taking medication and 13.33% of hypertensive patients did not take medication. Based on a survey in Lhoksukon Aceh Utara showed that public awareness to carry out regular blood pressure checks and awareness to take hypertension drugs regularly for those who have been diagnosed hypertension is still low. This community service aims to increase public knowledge and awareness in prevention hypertension. The method used is community diagnostics for knowing the main health problems, followed by counseling methods to solve the main problem. This community service location carried out in Lhoksukon, North Aceh Regency. Community service is held on 8 August - 12 August 2022 with a team of 2 people; 1 lecturer and 1 student. Based on community diagnostics, it shows that Hypertension is a major problem in these locations. Other problems is the level of adherence to taking medication and the habit of doing examinations blood pressure is routinely low. To solve the problem intervention was carried out in the form of counseling, pressure checks, blood supply, blood pressure measurement equipment and poster installation prevention of hypertension in strategic locations. Public knowledge and awareness in prevention efforts hypertension can be improved with this community service activity. People are also enthusiastic about checking their blood pressure independently with tools provided.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
