The current pandemic is forcing the government to take steps to prevent the spread of the virus by implementing social restrictions in several areas with alert status. The government should also facilitate the needs of the community regarding the maintenance of a healthy environment. Communities can get this through clean cultural actions for themselves and their families and those around them. This research method is qualitative phenomenology, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that it is better for us to reduce environmental suffering and take better care of the environment around us. The role of social assistance will determine the success of community empowerment programs. Efforts to empower rural communities require assistance from competent institutions in community empowerment matters. In dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak, the government itself has taken various ways to prevent it. One of them, namely the 3M and 3T movements, movements carried out massively throughout Indonesia using various kinds of media platforms, both digital and conventional. The conclusion this community service activity has increased public awareness and knowledge about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to avoid exposure to COVID-19 so that its spread can be reduced and will end soon.
