PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TENTANG PENTINGNYA PEMERIKSAAN PAYUDARA SENDIRI PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI MAN 5 KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR
Abstract
Kanker payudara termasuk jenis kanker yang paling banyak diderita oleh perempuan di Indoneisa. Data dari Kemenkes pada tahun 2020 jumlah kasus baru kanker payudara mencapai 68.858 kasus (16,6%) dari total 396.914 kasus baru kanker di Indonesia. Sementara itu, untuk jumlah kematiannya mencapai lebih dari 22 ribu jiwa kasus. Kanker payudara dapat dideteksi secara dini dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri dimulai dari masa remaja hingga telah menjadi wanita dewasa. Tujuan pendidikan kesehatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran para remaja putri mengenai kanker payudara yang bisa terdeteksi secara dini melalui pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan 04 Maret 2022 di MAN 5 Kabuapten Aceh Besar dengan peserta siswi kelas III yang hadir pada hari kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan ini melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa Prodi D-III dan D-IV Kebidanan Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dan praktik sadari, remaja putri merasa pengetahuannya menjadi lebih bertambah mengenai kanker payudara dan bisa melakukan sadari untuk medeteksi dini kanker payudara, dan akan melakukan sadari secara rutin seminggu setelah menstruasi agar dapat mendeteksi abnormalitas pertumbuhan kelenjar tersebut sehingga dapat segera diobati.

Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer suffered by women in Indonesia. Data from the Ministry of Health in 2020 the number of new cases of breast cancer reached 68,858 cases (16.6%) out of a total of 396,914 cancer cases in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the number of deaths reached more than 22,000 cases. Breast cancer can be detected early with breast self-examination starting from adolescence to adulthood. The purpose of this health education is to increase the knowledge and awareness of young women about breast cancer that can be detected through breast self-examination (BSE). The extension activities were carried out on March 4, 2022 at MAN 5 Aceh Besar Regency with third grade students who were present on the day of the counseling activity. This health education activity involves the active role of D-III and D-IV Midwifery students at the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia. After carrying out health education and awareness practice, young women feel that their knowledge is increasing about breast cancer and can be aware of early detection of breast cancer, and will be aware regularly after menstruation so that they can become men.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
