PENYULUHAN PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT DIARE PADA MASYARAKAT DESA LAMBADA LHOK KECAMATAN BAITUSSALAM KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR
Abstract
Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan kuat di bidang kesehatan masyarakat salah satunya adalah Penyakit menular yang masih dominan (56%), seperti diare. Di Desa Lambada Lhok kecamatan Baitussalam program penanganan diare di kecamatan ini merupakan indikator penting dalam menentukan status kesehatan. Jumlah penderita diare di wilayah Baitussalam diperkirakan 351 jiwa sedangkan kasus yang ditangani oleh Puskesmas 298 jiwa terdiri laki-laki dan perempuan. Di Desa Lambada Lhok penderita diare yang terdata di Puskesmas mencapai 45 kasus baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Diperkirakan banyak kasus diare yang tidak terdata di Puskesmas. Berdasarkan angka kasus kejadian tersebut perlu dilakukannya suatu kegiatan yang memberikan penanganan atau peningkatan layanan Kesehatan terhadap penanganan diare pada Desa Lambada Lhok Kecamatan Baitussalam. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi kepada masyarakat desa Lambada Lhok. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah para kader dan Ibu rumah tangga berjumlah 30 orang yang dilaksanakan pada hari tanggal 11 Agustus 2022. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah para kader dan Ibu rumah tangga memahami tentang penyakit diare dan pencegahan diare. Sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan pencegahan dini jika terjadi diare pada anggota keluarga disamping itu masyarakat juga harus menjaga Kesehatan baik lingkungna mamupun makanan agar dapat terhindar dari penyakit diare.

Indonesia faces various strong challenges in the field of public health, one of which is infectious diseases which are still dominant (56%), such as diarrhea. In Lambada Lhok Village, Baitussalam sub-district, the diarrhea management program in this sub-district is an important indicator in determining health status. The number of diarrhea sufferers in the Baitussalam area is estimated at 351 people, while the cases handled by the Puskesmas are 298 people, consisting of men and women. In Lambada Lhok Village, the number of diarrhea sufferers recorded at the Puskesmas reached 45 cases, both male and female. It is estimated that many cases of diarrhea are not recorded at the Puskesmas. Based on the number of cases, it is necessary to carry out an activity that provides handling or improvement of health services for handling diarrhea in Lambada Lhok Village, Baitussalam District. The method of community service is carried out by providing counseling and education to the people of Lambada Lhok village. Participants who took part in this activity were cadres and housewives totaling 30 people which was held on August 11, 2022. The results obtained were cadres and housewives understood about diarrheal disease and diarrhea prevention. So that the community can take early prevention if diarrhea occurs in family members, besides that the community must also maintain good health both the environment and food in order to avoid diarrheal disease.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
