SOSIALISASI TENTANG POLA HIDUP SEHAT SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
Abstract
Virus Corona (Covid 19) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernafasan akut corona virus (SAR-COV-2). Pada manusia beberapa gejala yang ditimbulkan seperti infeksi pernafasan yang dimulai dari flu biasa hingga penyakit yang lebih parah. Penularannya dapat terjadi secara langsung, kontak tidak langsung maupun kontak erat dengan orang yang terinfeksi melalui sekresi seperti air liur, dan sekreasi saluran pernafasan yang keluar berupa cairan atau droplet yang dikeluarkan saat orang terinfeksi batuk, bersin, berbicara. Untuk menjaga kekebalan tubuh dari penularan virus tersebut dibutuhkan imunitas yang kuat untuk menjaga kekebalan tubuh sehingga masyarakat perlu diperkenalkan pola hidup yang sehat selama kepada masyarakat selama masa pandemi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan pola hidup kepada masyarakat agar terhindar dari virus yang berbahaya dengan pola hidup yang sehat. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Gampong Lampineung, Banda aceh. Sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terlebih dahulu kami meminta izin kepada kepala desa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat hanya dihadiri oleh masyarakat yang berjumlah kurang dari 20 orang dikarenakan untuk menghindari kerumunan serta tetap menggunakan masker. Secara keseluruhan setelah dilakukan sosialisasi tentang pola hidup sehat di masa pandemi covid 19 maka masyarakat lebih mengetahui tentang pola hidup sehat di masa pandemi dan bisa memilih makanan yang sehat untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh serta dapat membedakan virus corona sama dengan flu biasa. Padahal gejala klinis yang dapat muncul akibat terinfeksi virus ini seperti gejala flu biasa (demam, batuk, pilek, nyeri tenggorokan, nyeri otot, nyeri kepala) hingga komplikasi berat (diare dan pneumonia). Selain itu untuk pencegahannya boleh menenrapkan pola 3M yaitu (mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak).

Corona Virus (Covid 19) is one of the infectious diseases caused by the Corona Virus Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SAR-COV-2). In humans, some of the symptoms caused such as respiratory infections that start from the common cold to more severe illnesses. Transmission can occur directly, indirect contact or close contact with an infected person through secretions such as saliva, and respiratory tract secretions that come out in the form of liquid or droplets that are released when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. To maintain immunity from the transmission of the virus, strong immunity is needed to maintain immunity, so people need to be introduced to a healthy lifestyle during the pandemic. This service aims to introduce a lifestyle to the community to avoid dangerous viruses with a healthy lifestyle. Community service was carried out in Gampong Lampineung, Banda Aceh. Before carrying out community service activities, we first asked permission from the village head. Community service activities were only attended by people who numbered less than 20 people due to avoiding crowds and still wearing masks. Overall, after socializing about healthy lifestyles during the COVID-19 pandemic, people know more about healthy lifestyles during the pandemic and can choose healthy foods to maintain body immunity and can distinguish the corona virus from the common cold. Whereas clinical symptoms that can appear due to infection with this virus include symptoms of the common cold (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, muscle aches, headache) to severe complications (diarrhea and pneumonia). In addition, for prevention, it is permissible to apply the 3M pattern, namely (washing hands, wearing masks and keeping a distance).

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
