POTENSI TANAMAN OBAT TRADISIONAL ACEH SEBAGAI SUMBER KANDIDAT FITOFARMAKA BERBASIS BUKTI ILMIAH

Abstract


Provinsi Aceh memiliki kekayaan biodiversitas dan tradisi etnofarmakologi yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi fitofarmaka berbasis bukti ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginventarisasi serta menganalisis potensi bioaktivitas tanaman obat tradisional Aceh melalui pendekatan systematic literature review terhadap publikasi tahun 2010–2026. Sebanyak 25 spesies dari 13 famili teridentifikasi memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder dominan berupa flavonoid (88%), terpenoid (72%), dan senyawa fenolik (64%). Aktivitas biologis yang paling banyak dilaporkan meliputi antioksidan (100%), antiinflamasi (80%), antimikroba (72%), antikanker (60%), dan antidiabetes (40%). Temuan ini menegaskan potensi strategis tanaman obat Aceh sebagai sumber kandidat fitofarmaka nasional berbasis biodiversitas lokal.
