Pengetahuan dan Minat Perawat dalam Pengelolaan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai di Rumah Sakit

Abstract


Pengelolaan bahan habis pakai adalah salah satu siklus logistik yang sering dijalankan di rumah sakit. Alat medis yang masuk di ruang perawatan dari sektor logistik, sebagaian besar dikelola oleh perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan minat perawat dalam pengelolaan bahan medis habis pakai di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan desain deskriptif. Jumlah populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah 137 perawat dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan perawat dalam pengelolaan bahan medis habis pakai sebanyak 28 (58,0%) masuk dalam kategori pengetahuan cukup, sikap perawat dalam pengelolaan bahan medis habis pakai sebanyak 28 (58,0%) masuk dalam kategori cukup. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan minat perawat dalam pengelolaan bahan medis habis pakai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Besar masuk dalam kategori cukup.

Management of consumables is one of the logistics cycles that is often carried out in hospitals. Most of the medical devices that enter the treatment room from the logistics sector are managed by nurses. This study aims to describe the knowledge and interest of nurses in the management of medical consumables in hospitals. This research method is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. The total population that became the object of the study was 137 nurses and the research sample was 50 nurses. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the knowledge of nurses in the management of medical consumables was 28 (58.0%) in the category of sufficient knowledge, the attitude of nurses in the management of medical consumables was 28 (58.0%) in the category of sufficient. The conclusion of this study shows that the knowledge and interest of nurses in the management of medical consumables at the Aceh Besar District.
