Faktor yang Memengaruhi Suami Siaga Pada Masa Kehamilan di Poskesdes Keude Aceh Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe

Abstract


Suami merupakan salah satu orang terdekat yang dapat membantu mempersiapkan segala sesuatu hal yang berhubungan dengan kehamilan istri. Tidak semua suami paham dengan peranannya sebagai calon ayah, bahkan beberapa suami kebingungan menjadi suami siaga baik saat hamil maupun menjelang persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi Suami Siaga pada Masa Kehamilan di Poskesdes Keude Aceh Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode: Penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa sarana prasarana (p (sig) = 0,000 dan OR 34,000), informasi dari petugas kesehatan (p (sig) = 0,015 dan OR 5,200), dukungan keluarga (p (sig) = 0,003 dan OR 6,545) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap suami siaga. Sedangkan pekerjaan (p (sig) = 0,610) menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan suami siaga. Berdasarkan uji regresi logistik diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan suami siaga adalah sarana prasarana dengan nilai odds rasio 0,029 (95% CI: 0,003-0,245). Kesimpulan diperoleh dalam mendukung suami siaga, Poskesdes Keude Aceh Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe dapat meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana kesehatan dan kualitas pelayanan Antenatal Care sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan pendampingan suami kepada istrinya pada masa kehamilan.

The husband is one of the closest people who can help prepare everything related to the wife's pregnancy. Not all husbands understand their role as prospective fathers, even some husbands are confused about being alert husbands both during pregnancy and before delivery. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence Husbands Alert during Pregnancy at Poskesdes Keude Aceh, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. Methods: Quantitative analytic research using a cross sectional approach. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the study based on the chi square test showed that infrastructure (p (sig) = 0.000 and OR 34,000), information from health workers (p (sig) = 0.015 and OR 5,200), family support (p (sig) = 0.003 and OR 6.545 ) had a significant effect on husbands on standby. Meanwhile, occupation (p (sig) = 0.610) showed that there was no significant relationship with the standby husband. Based on the logistic regression test, it was found that the most dominant factor related to the standby husband was infrastructure with an odds ratio of 0.029 (95% CI: 0.003-0.245). The conclusion was obtained in supporting standby husbands, Poskesdes Keude Aceh, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City can improve health facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Antenatal Care services so as to increase the participation and assistance of husbands to their wives during pregnancy.
