Analisis Proses Manajemen Sumber Data Manusia di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa
Abstract
Dalam suatu lembaga, sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting, hal ini karena SDM penting bagi suatu lembaga.Tujuan penelitian Untuk menganalisis Proses Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) Di Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa. Jenis penelitian dengan membuat gambaran tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif, dengan metode wawancara. Informan penelitian terdapat 4 orang informan utama dan 2 orang informan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian hasil wawancara pada proses manajemen sumber daya manusia pada proses perencanaan cukup baik karena proses perencanaan menggunakan metode health service demand merupakan perencanaan kebutuhan yang di dasarkan atas permintaan akibat beban pelayanan,proses rekrutmen kurang baik karena rumah sakit masih memprioritaskan perekrutan karyawan berdasarkan lulusan dari yayasan rumah sakit, proses seleksi di nilai cukup baik rumah sakit menyeleksi berdasarkan data , ujian tulis dan ujian kesehatan,orientasi dan pelatihan di nilai cukup baik dalam pelaksanaannya kerena RS bersifat adil, proses kompensasi kurang baik di karenakan masih terdapat karyawan yang mendapatkan gaji tidak sesuai umr ,perintergrasian cukup baik , pemeliharaan kurang baik di karenakan rumah sakit hanya memebrikan asuransi berupa BPJS. Berdasarkan dapat di simpulkan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa di nilai kurang baik dalam menjalani tugasnya, Di harapkan kepada Manajemen Personalia untuk menambah pelatihan kepada karyawan agar menambah wawasan anggota.

Because human resources are crucial to an institution, they play a significant role in any organization. Analyzing the Human Resource Management (HRM) Process at Mitra Medika General Hospital Bandar Klippa is the study's goal. This kind of study uses the interview approach to create an objective account of a scenario. Four primary informants and two triangulated informants made up the research sample. The planning process utilizing the health service demand method is a needs-based planning that is based on demand because of the burden of the services, thus the findings of the interview research on the human resource management process in the planning process are fairly excellent. Hospitals still emphasize hiring staff based on graduates from the foundation, which makes the hiring process poor. Hospital selection procedures are generally regarded as being of a high standard. The hospital bases its decisions on data, and its use of written and medical tests, as well as orientation and training, is fair. Because some employees continue to get salaries that do not reflect their age, the compensation process is ineffective. The hospital only offers insurance in the form of BPJS, thus while the integration is rather excellent, the upkeep is not. Given that Mitra Medika Bandar Klippa Hospital's human resource management is seen to be less effective at performing its obligations, it is desired that personnel management would increase employee training in order to provide staff members more understanding.
